I’m Molly B. Simmons

The “B” stands for Beatrice.

Writer, literary editor for Petit Mort Magazine and co-founder of Working Girls Press. After founding SWOP Brooklyn in 2019 and serving as a chapter representative for over two years, I finally stepped down to focus on my writing projects and other ways to serve my community.

My ongoing projects are my sex worker novel, my relationship advice column for Petit Mort, my editing work for both the press and the magazine, and volunteering with Sex Work Survival Guide.

The next project release will be a guidebook for workers and their partners in building and navigating loving relationships. This will be a free community resource that will be published here and available for free download. Check my twitter for updates!

In 2023 I founded the independent press Working Girls Press with poet Emily Marie Passos Duffy, with our debut publication slated for Spring of 2024. Our first publication will be The Holy Hour: An Anthology of Sex Work, Magic, and the Divine, which is currently available for presale here.
